Vince has conducted investigations across Australia involving complex workplace disputes and corrupt conduct he has designed and reported on service reviews and conducted risk assessments for corporations and government. Janet Costa is an experienced Office Manager and HR Administrator, who has worked with WISE’s Managing Director, Vince Scopelliti since 1991.<\/p>\n

As a results-driven manager, Janet has excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to successfully communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels. She has extensive operational experience in factual investigations, surveillance and HR related activities in a national role.<\/p>\n

Ann has conducted over 150 workplace investigations mainly for state and local government agencies, in a range of matters involving professional misconduct, probity and integrity issues.<\/p>\n

Ann also spent 7 years as a Legal Risk Management Consultant in Australia and the UK. \u00a0Her more recent experience has included the management and conduct \u00a0of numerous complex civil and criminal investigations, investigator training and the development of investigation policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Anja has a wealth of knowledge and experience in workplace investigations in both the public and private sectors. \u00a0She has worked in the child protection sector, developing age-appropriate and gender-sensitive child protection systems, including drafting child protection policies. Anja has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), which have enhanced her expertise in developing\u00a0and interpreting workplace policies.<\/p>\n

Anja has recently worked on matters concerning allegations of misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment and child protection.<\/p>\n

Andrew has over 18 years generalist human resource management experience across public and private sectors and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in workplace investigations in both these sectors. \u00a0Andrew has managed and conducted a range of investigations on behalf of Commonwealth and State government departments and agencies as well as specialist law and investigation forms practicing in the area of employment law, industrial relations and WHS.<\/p>\n

Andrew has particular expertise in workplace bullying prevention policy procedure and training and workplace\u00a0aggression\u00a0and violence. \u00a0He is also an experienced workplace trainer.<\/p>\n

Kirsten has a wealth of knowledge and experience in private and public sector workplace misconduct matters, industrial relations and employment law. \u00a0She also has expertise in investigating corporate fraud both in Australia and internationally.<\/p>\n

Prior to becoming an investigator, Kirsten has a lengthy career as a commercial lawyer in private practice for leading law firms. \u00a0She is experienced in managing complex and sensitive investigations involving numerous witnesses and documents. \u00a0She has recently worked on matters concerning allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, child protection and administrative reviews.<\/p>\n
