The mediator will speak to both parties in private and lay the foundations for a successful mediation followed by a face to face mediation where all parties are present.<\/p>\n<p>In most mediations resolutions can be reached after just one session. Occasionally further face to face or private discussions with the mediator is required to reach a win-win for all parties. We will work with all parties to the settlement.<\/p>\n<p>Mediations can be used as a means of resolving disputes prior to, during or following a workplace investigation.
